服の素材は大切です！
肌と直接触れあうので。
なるべく綿などの天然素材のものを選んだ方が良いです！
化学繊維の服は良くないです。
肌を刺激するためです。
他にも、通気性や肌にあたる面積を意識しての服選びが大切！
夏に下着（シャツ）を着るのも汗を吸ってくれるので良いですよ。
汗が残ってしまうと痒くなってしまうので。
布団に関して、、、
布団はダニの巣窟です。
ダニはアトピーの天敵！
そのため、
ダニやカビが対策されている物を選びましょう。
布団は干した方がいいです。
⇒蒸れてしまうため。
枕カバーはこまめに洗った方がいい！
⇒汗多く、一晩で一番きたなくなるものだから。
清潔であることが大切です。
